Exciting news for you!
Annexation is a new feature for the WA delegate - I remember you wanted to expand this region quickly. Well now's your chance: appoint a WA delegate (not me, since I'm an alt, and alt accounts aren't allowed in the WA) and start annexing! Check out the news section of nationstates (found on the bottom of the left hand side bar, where you find "The World" and "Dispatches")
